RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

What is your return policy?

Refunds are only accepted if there is damage to your order, reasons such as change of mind, change of size etc cannot be considered.


What’s your exchange policy?

Sales are advertised as final however please contact me via email (help.perfectinpink@gmail.com) or DM (perfectinpinkuk) as an exchange could be possible


Please note refunds and exchanges do not cover shipping costs!


SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Do you ship worldwide?

Currently yes! I am based In Australia and ship worldwide


How long does shipping take?

I cannot guarantee an exact shipment time. I post with Australia post and orders are sent out within 3-4 days  of purchase. Typically Australian orders arrive within 1 week of shipment and international can be up to 4 weeks. Tracking will be sent to you via email.


SIZING


Can I change my size after purchase?

Due to inventory stocks, this may be unavailable. Please contact me further and I can see if that’s possible. If you’re unsure on sizing please check the descriptions or contact me.


PURCHASING


Can I use any currency to purchase?

PayPal, card and Apple Pay are accepted so your bank will automatically transfer for you.


How will I know if my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email from my website immediately after purchase. If this doesn’t come through within 24 hours please contact me.
